Your Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal No Surprises Act, individuals who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance to pay for scheduled healthcare services generally have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of their care.

If applicable, Rise Psychiatry Physician Assistant Corporation will provide a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for scheduled services upon request and as otherwise required by law.

A Good Faith Estimate is based on information reasonably known at the time it is created. Actual services or charges may differ if your treatment needs change.

If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, federal law may provide a patient-provider dispute resolution process.
